Lots to catch up on.

Ok I have many days to catch up on so let's get this going.

Our last day in Glasgow was super fun! We walked around town to a few museums and saw the last few spots we needed.  At the Glasgow museum, we saw a music group playing some awesome Scotish dancing music and people we dancing.  It was almost like a line dancing event in Texas.

After was watched the dancing for awhile, we headed into the park for the culture event. There were lots of people!  We got to see some really cool music and culture.

Here is a picture of a traditional Indian band.

After spending some time in the park, we headed to a pub to relax. We met some really awesome guys at the pub. One guy was the most Scotish person I could think of and his buddy was from LA. We had a few pints with them and then they joined us in our walk to the park.  Unfortunately, when we got back to the park the music was over so we went to a pub to eat and play pool.

Here is a picture of the giant Scotish man and myself!

The next morning, we woke up early and drove to Stirling castle. This town was a very important site. It was the site of William Wallice and Robert the Bruce. There was a lot of history in the little area!  We took a tour of the castle and got to see some beautiful sights.

As you can see, a beautiful castle!

After the castle, we drove to the city and checked into our air BNB. We are in a beautiful flat and its about a 3 min walk to the Royal Mile!  We checked in and then had to find free parking. We ended up around 4 miles away and walked back to the flat.

After we got settled into our flat we walked over to a grocery store to get food to cook and something to drink. I bought some nice whiskey for cheap!

We had a few drinks and then went on a ghost tour of Edinburgh. It was pretty cheesy but we were still entertained.

The next morning we got to the Edinburgh castle when it opened and it was packed!  We tour the castle for a few hours and got to see some really amazing history.

Had to take a picture of this sign!

After we visited the castle, we took a 2 hour walking tour of the town. Our tour guide was amazing!  He knew so much about the city and we very entertaining.

A statue of Greyfriar's Bobby. The story was very cute. Basically, the dog belonged to a police patroller. When he died he was buried in the cemetery. The dog stayed by his side every day for 14 years. When the dog died he was buried outside the gates but they added a headstone in the cemetery and this stature outside.

Ok I am going to stop here because this app likes to erase my drafts so I will post this and work on the last few days in a new post.

Thanks for reading.
